Tip of the Week

In this episode of Tip of the Week, Steve from Rivera Plumbing highlights a common issue many homeowners ignore — a dripping tap. While it may seem minor, even a small drip can add up to significant water waste over time.

G'day guys, welcome to tip of the week it's Steve here. I've just got myself in invisible mode so you can't see me. Welcome to another episode, episode number five.

Now this week we're going to be exploring adrip and what adrip can mean to you. I'm not in invisible mode anymore. Adrip can waste three milliliters of water per minute.

That doesn't sound like much does it? Three milliliters, like 180 milliliter hour, like four liters a day. It's a thousand liters a year. It's not much but it adds up.

That's the equivalent to about 170 or 180 flushes of your toilet. That's a fair bit.

So if you've got a drippy tap or something that's leaking around the house and you'd like some assistance with that, we'd love to help.

In the meantime, turn it off a bit tighter. If it won't turn off, give us a call 1300 827 762.

Have a great day. See ya.
